w15:repeatingSection — a region the user can repeat.

sectionTitle? string	w15:sectionTitle — what the repeat control is labelled.
allowInsertDelete boolean	w15:doNotAllowInsertDeleteSection, inverted — whether the user may add and remove repetitions. Stated positively because the model says what is allowed, not what is forbidden; the format edge writes the negative.
