Interface: TableCellBorders
A cell's edge set — its four sides, its two diagonals, and the interiors a merged region draws inside itself.
One type for four positions: a docx cell's w:tcBorders, a pptx cell's six a:ln* children, and both dialects' style-side cell borders (a:tcStyle/a:tcBdr, w:tblStylePr/w:tcPr/w:tcBorders). Three of the four carry the interiors; only pptx's instance a:tcPr leaves them unset, which is why they live here rather than in a separate style-only type.
