Interface: TableControlCell

A cell-level content control (docx w:sdt, CT_SdtCell) — a container wrapping consecutive cells within one row.

TableControlRow's twin one level down, and the same in every respect that matters: nothing to mark, since there are no characters at this level, and no id of its own, since a control is not a grid axis.

It contributes no column. The cells inside it keep their place in the dense grid, counted by TableRegularRow::grid_cells.
