Interface: TextBookmarkEnd

A bookmark's closing mark (w:bookmarkEnd, CT_MarkupRange) — one unit, naming the bookmark it closes by id.

The twin of [TextBookmarkStart], carrying the id alone: the name rides the opening mark only, so concurrent edits cannot make the two ends disagree about it.
