Interface: TextCustomXmlRevisionRangeStart
The range's opening mark (CT_TrackChange) — one unit, whose [TextRevision] variant says which of the four elements it is.
The start and end tags of custom XML "cannot be encapsulated by a single revision element" (§17.13.5.7), so these surround the region in the "cross structure" format a bookmark uses, and take its form: two marks paired by id, painting nothing. A tag belongs to the range it sits inside. Word also uses it for a control (MS-OI29500 §2.1.323(b), §2.1.324(a)).
