Interface: TextDrawingEffectExtent

How far a drawing's effects reach past its extent (wp:effectExtent, CT_EffectExtent), in points on each edge.

Layout, not only overdraw. ECMA-376 §20.4.2.6 adds it to each edge of the drawing, and spends the result on the line height of an inline drawing and on the wrap of a float with no wp:wrapPolygon: a line reserves the extent grown by it, and text wraps around that larger box. Signed, as the schema has it (ST_Coordinate) — an inset effect gives a negative edge.
