Interface: TextDrawingWrapDistance

How far text keeps clear of a drawing on each edge (distT / distB / distL / distR, ST_WrapDistance), in points.

One block per drawing. The file also admits a per-wrap restatement of the edges each wrap kind allows; those fold into the drawing's on import, since they mean the same thing and only the effective value can be laid out or edited.
