Interface: TextMoveRangeStart

A move range's opening mark (CT_MoveBookmark) — one unit, carrying the name that pairs the two sides.

CT_MoveBookmark is CT_Bookmark with an author and a date, in the same EG_RangeMarkupElements group, so it takes TextBookmarkStart's form: two marks paired by id, each a unit of the offset space, painting nothing, the caret stepping over them and a delete across one leaving it in place. Which side it opens is the TextSpan variant's to say.

revision Revision	Who and when. Its id pairs this mark with its [TextMoveRangeEnd], since ranges may overlap.
name string	@w:name, which pairs the two sides.
colFirst? number	@w:colFirst — the first table column a range inside a table covers.
colLast? number	@w:colLast — the last such column.
