w:numPr's records, which are about the whole of w:numPr: the Level and the Numbering both.

Properties

Property	Description
`insertion?` `Revision`	`w:ins` — the numbering was added (§17.13.5.19).
`numberingChange?` `RevisionChange`<`string` \| `null`>	`w:numberingChange` (Part 4 §14.7.1.2) — a legacy record a save only writes back. `@w:original` is an encoded definition such as `%1:1:0:.`, which no view reads.
