Interface: TextRevisionSpan

A revision around runs — a container of spans, contributing no characters of its own.

Shaped like TextSmartTagSpan: a sibling of w:r in EG_ContentRunContent, holding runs and keeping its spans in the parent paragraph's offset space. A wrapper a concurrent edit tore reads back as several of these under one id, which a save numbers apart.
