type GridCharWidth = number;A column width in OOXML character units — the count of maximum-digit-width characters that fit across the column, from <col @width> / <sheetFormatPr @defaultColWidth>.
This is a font-relative measurement: its physical width depends on the maximum digit width (MDW) of the workbook's Normal-style font. The model stores the raw value as parsed; converting to points (the ECMA-376 §18.3.1.13 formula against the MDW) is a layout concern, not a model one.
