The kind of a [ShapeMedia] — the a:EG_Media choice.

a:videoFile / a:audioFile / a:quickTimeFile also carry @contentType, which is not kept: Office ignores it and does not write it back (MS-OI29500 §2.1.1244, §2.1.1247).
