A paragraph's bullet/numbering (a:pPr's bullet choice group, or docx's w:numPr). None on the paragraph property means unspecified (inherit); this type's None variant is the explicit a:buNone suppression.

The two dialects run different list systems, and a paragraph uses one or the other: pptx defines the bullet in place, docx points at a list instance in numbering.xml that carries the shared counters. Both resolve to the same [TextNumberingLevel].

The level is deliberately not part of this enum — it is the shared Level property, because a pptx paragraph takes its indents and alignment from its @lvl whether or not it renders a bullet.
